Friends of the Lincoln Children's Museum The Friends of the Lincoln Children's Museum actively supports the Museum’s efforts to provide a place for children to create, discover and learn through the power of play. “The Friends” is a guild of talented, dynamic women whose annual function, the Taste of Spring, benefits the Lincoln Children's Museum.  Since 1996, through the Taste of Spring the Friends have contributed more a quarter of a million dollars to support and enhance Museum exhibits, special programming like Preschool Playtime and the Have a Heart program, which ensures that all families regardless of their economic status can experience the power of play at the Museum.
