Help preserve the joy of childhood - give a gift to the Lincoln Children's Museum today!

As Fred Rogers, the iconic television personality who invited children and parents into his “neighborhood” on a daily basis, said so eloquently, “Play is some of children’s most important work. When we treat children’s play as seriously as it deserves, we are helping them feel the joy that’s to be found in the creative spirit. We’re helping ourselves stay in touch with that spirit, too.”

Play is every child’s most important job. It is how they learn to work with other people and to engage their sense of creativity. Together, with the support of friends like you, we can contribute to building a stronger community by providing opportunities to children to experience the power of play, and in turn, discover something new about themselves and the world in which they live.

Here are just a few of the powerful ways that your gift can make a positive difference in the lives of our community’s children and families:

o You provide a valuable resource for Lincoln’s families, where a life-long love of learning
       can be fostered and nurtured

o You contribute to strengthening the emotional bonds between children and their
       parents, grandparents and caregivers

o You ensure that we are able to keep admission and membership rates as low as
       possible

o And, you make sure that families in financial need are able to experience the Museum
for only $5 a year through the Have a Heart program

At the Lincoln Children’s Museum, play is our work. And by supporting the Museum, you are helping children develop a life-long love of learning and preparing them for a successful future!
