Lincoln Children’s Museum is a high-quality work environment that emphasizes individual accountability in making the entire organization successful. All staff members, be they full-time, part-time, paid or volunteer, have a critical role to play. To promote this mindset, the following hierarchy applies to all staff:
Your first responsibility is the success of the whole.
Your second responsibility is the success of your peers.
Your third responsibility is the success of your individual role.
If each staff member truly embodies this mindset, Lincoln Children’s Museum will enjoy continued and sustained success.
